Peafowl listed by BREAKIT as one of Sweden’s 30 most promising low-key companies

Some companies are always in the limelight —  attracting billions in venture capital. Other companies grow fast but quietly.

Breakit has listed some of the most exiting low-key companies in the country, from Vellinge in the south to Luleå in the north.

– We wanted to get better at finding startups that are not being hyped, located out of central Stockholm and not being funded bu the most famous VC firms.

And we wanted to do this togehter with our readers that could contribute with suggestions to the list.

The result is this list — 30 really promising tech companies that we have not highlighted before. In general they have 3 things in common:

  • They are often located in smaller towns and not in the Stockholm area
  • They have identified a small niche for their products
  • They are not spending a lot of money, Actually, most of them grow with their own resources.
